🍪 Cookie Team Production Member

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
(4-day week with extended hours 7am-5:30pm also available)

We’re looking for two experienced Cookie Dough Makers to join our production team. This role will commence on a 4-week fixed-term contract, with the intention to move to permanent full-time employment for the right candidates.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepping ingredients and mixing large batches of cookie dough

• Handling and lifting 15–20kg ingredients comfortably

• Supporting bakers with cookie decorating and production tasks

• Assisting across wholesale, online orders, and event preparation

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or food production environment

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Able to lift 15–20kg regularly

• Reliable, responsible and able to follow instructions closely

• Enjoys working in a team environment

• Friendly, social and communicates well with others

Employment structure

• Role starts as a 4-week fixed-term contract

• Successful candidates will be offered permanent full-time employment

• Performance, reliability, teamwork and attitude are key assessment factors

Important to note

This role includes leave blackout periods during peak production times:

• Easter

• June–September (Aussie winter)

• Christmas period
